Any product purchased from the Santali online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The refund is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 (revised as of 01/01/2016).
Return of goods of good quality
You can return goods in which the integrity of the package is not broken and which:
- were not used.
- fully staffed.
- have all tags and labels.
To return the goods, you need to call one of the company's phones or write to email@example.com, make an order and send the goods.
The refund is made only to the person specified in the order for the goods, within 10 days after the goods are received by the company.
The refund is made by transferring to the PrivatBank card. All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Return of goods with rejects
This category includes faulty goods that can not ensure the performance of their functional qualities. Differences in the elements of design or design presented in the description on the site do not relate to the signs of a defective or non-functional product.
The recipient must check the appearance and completeness of the goods and the entire order at the time of delivery. No claims are accepted for defects in the goods, their quantity, packaging and presentation after receipt of the order.
If the buyer received the goods of inadequate quality and the other was not agreed by the seller, the buyer can avail himself of the provisions of Art. 8 "Rights of the consumer in case of acquisition by him of the goods of inadequate quality" of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights of consumers".
If the buyer has received a defective product, he needs to take a photo of the place of marriage and send it to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The letter also needs to specify the order number. After completing the application, the buyer must send the goods to the address of the store. According to paragraph 4 of Art. 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the return of the value of the goods is carried out within 30 days after the presentation of the relevant requirement. Santali refunds money or sends a replacement to the buyer within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods back.
The amount paid for the order is returned solely by transfer to the PrivatBank card.
Important! Shades, fabric drawings and accessories may have differences in each new batch. If the goods correspond to the ordered model and the color as a whole, then it is not subject to return and exchange.
The seller is not liable for any defects in the goods that arise after the transfer of the goods to the buyer due to a violation of the rules for the storage or use of the goods, actions of third parties or other factors.
