Payment

  • Directly on the website of the store at the time of booking with any bank card without additional commissions. To do this, during the checkout process, select the "Pay liqpay" field and you will be redirected to the LiqPay secure payment service.
  • Direct transfer to the PrivatBank card.
  • Cash courier at the time of delivery (for Kharkov). Before paying for the purchase, you can try on the clothes and make sure that the chosen size suits you.
  • Residents of Ukraine can pay for the order by cash on delivery at the Novaya Pochta branch. A commission is charged.

Delivery

We work with leading transport companies, and we also use alternative methods of delivery. Our parcels are delivered to customers in a timely, intact and safe manner. 

in Kharkov

  • Delivery of the order is free of charge in Kharkov by courier of our online store when ordering goods or goods worth more than 1000 UAH.
  • If the order was made before 15-00 - delivery is possible on the day of the order. When ordering the goods after 15-00 the delivery takes place on the next business day.
  • Delivery is carried out by our courier from 10-00 and until 21-00 from Monday to Friday.
  • The calculation is made by courier of our online store upon receipt of the goods. The operator will coordinate all the details with you by phone.

in Ukraine

  • Orders are sent by any delivery service convenient for you: "Nova Poshta", "Ukrposhta".
  • Sending orders is carried out by delivery services daily from Monday to Saturday.
  • The cost of delivery is formed by the carrier on the basis of dimensions, weight, and destination of delivery.
  • The services of the company-carrier for the delivery of the order you pay on the spot, when it is received.

to CIS countries

  • Delivery of goods is carried out by Ukrposhta, DHL (the rest by agreement).
